Refund policy

 

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you withdraw from (cancel) this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal (cancellation) from this contract.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase. 

For returns due to a change of mind, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (cancellation)
The right of withdrawal (cancellation) expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.

European Union – 14-day withdrawal (cancellation) period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped into the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
