Shipping Costs
Within Germany, you can choose between two shipping providers in our shop:
Shipping with HERMES for a flat €5.95 within Germany, free shipping from an order value of €79.00!
Shipping with DHL for a flat €7.95 within Germany, free shipping from an order value of €99.00!
Delivery to DHL parcel lockers ("Packstationen") is of course only possible with DHL!
Shipping Abroad – Important Notice
Due to legal changes in the area of packaging waste disposal (EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), we are, effective immediately, shipping exclusively to delivery addresses within Germany.
The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) requires online retailers to register separately for packaging waste disposal in every individual EU member state they ship to (so-called Extended Producer Responsibility, EPR). These registration requirements vary considerably from country to country in terms of procedures, costs, and requirements. In order to continue guaranteeing our customers reliable and legally compliant ordering processes, we have decided to limit shipping to Germany for the time being.
What Does This Mean for You as a Customer Abroad?
- You can continue to place orders in our shop as usual.
- However, you must provide an address in Germany as the delivery address. Delivery to addresses outside Germany is currently not possible.
- Arranging onward transport from the German delivery address to your place of residence is your own responsibility.
- Risk transfers to you upon handover of the goods at the specified German delivery address. We accept no liability for further transport — for example, via a parcel forwarding service — to your actual home address.
One Possible Solution: Parcel Forwarding Services
If you do not have a German delivery address yourself, you can register free of charge with a so-called parcel forwarding service. These services provide you with a German address to which you can have your order delivered. Your parcel is received there and then forwarded — for a separate fee payable by you — to your actual home address.
One example of such a provider is www.mailboxde.com. Please note that this is an independent third-party provider, and we assume no responsibility for its terms, timelines, or reliability. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the applicable fees and conditions in advance.

Payment Methods
Depending on the country of order, different payment methods may be offered:
With the "Prepayment with 2% cash discount" payment method, you transfer funds directly to the shop operator; all other payment methods (e.g. PayPal, credit cards, GiroPay, Klarna invoice...) are offered and processed by PayPal and Shopify.
